DESIGN/BUILD SERVICES

This is a summary of the services Bufftree Building Company, Inc. would provide to manage both the design phase of a project and to provide the management, supervision, scheduling and cost controls required for a successful project. The services of a Design/Build Contract are divided into two separate but related phases, the Preconstruction Phase and the Construction Phase.

PRECONSTRUCTION PHASE

Initial design and preliminary construction services will be provided in the pre-construction phase and will incorporate the following activities:

  • Preliminary Design
  • Budgeting
  • Scheduling
  • Cost Control - Value Engineering
  • Subcontractor Qualification
  • Construction Documents

CONSTRUCTION PHASE

Upon design completion and acceptance of the GMP (Guaranteed Maximum Price), the pre- construction phase ends and the project advances to the construction phase, where the following services will be provided:

  • Construction Administration
  • Subcontractor Bidding
  • Construction Controls and Procedures
  • Scheduling
  • Quality Control
  • Safety Proceedures

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES

This is a summary of the services Bufftree Building Company, Inc. would provide to perform construction management services required for a successful project. The services of a Construction Management Contract are divided into two separate but related phases, the Preconstruction Phase and the Construction Phase.

PRECONSTRUCTION PHASE

Initial services will be provided in the pre-construction phase, and will incorporate the following activities:

  • Staff Assignment
  • Design Assistance
  • Budgeting
  • Scheduling
  • Cost Control - Value Engineering
  • Permitting and Approvals
  • Subcontractor Selection

CONSTRUCTION PHASE

Upon design completion and acceptance of the GMP (Guaranteed Maximum Price), the pre- construction phase ends and the project advances to the construction phase, where the following services will be provided:

  • Subcontractor Bidding
  • Construction Controls and Procedures
  • Scheduling
  • Quality Control

GENERAL CONTRACTING SERVICES

If your project has been designed and all the required preconstruction steps have been completed Bufftree Building Company, Inc. can begin to construct your project for you as a General Contractor. In this type of partnership we begin at the construction phase and offer the following services:
